**Refund Policy**

Thank you for shopping at Trends Cosmetics. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us and are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities.

**1. Returns**

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

**2. Refunds**

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For Cash on delivery Customers the amount will refunded as store Credits

**3. Exchanges**

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

**4. Non-Refundable Items**

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards,, and personalized/customized items.

**5. Shipping**

To return your product, you should mail your product to support@trendscosmetics.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

**6. Damaged or Defective Items**

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.
